1. General
This Policy explains how visitor data on https://lazonex.com, including the Russian and English versions, is processed and protected. 2. Data We Process
A request may contain a name, phone or messenger contact, email, company, selected service, route, weight, volume, cargo details and an attached file. Technical information may include IP address, device and browser data, date and time, visited pages, referral source, cookies or localStorage, clicks and scrolling. Visitors should not provide passport details, bank-card data, medical information, passwords or other unnecessary confidential information.
3. Purposes
Data is used to answer an enquiry, prepare a preliminary quotation, clarify route and cargo details, contact the visitor, prepare and perform a contract, and maintain website security and availability. Traffic analytics is used only after consent to analytics cookies. Contact details are not used for promotional mailings without separate consent.
4. Grounds and Processing
Processing may be based on consent, pre-contract steps requested by the visitor, contract performance, legal obligations and legitimate interests that do not override visitor rights. Operations may include collection, recording, storage, updating, use, disclosure to authorised processors, restriction, deletion and destruction. Requests are delivered to the Controller by email; no public request database or user account is created.
5. Providers and Disclosure
The Controller does not sell or publish personal data. Data may be processed as necessary by Beget LLC for hosting, infrastructure and email; YANDEX LLC through Yandex Metrica and Session Replay only after analytics consent; and other communication, email or IT providers. For a shipment, necessary data may be disclosed to a carrier, warehouse, customs, payment or other partner on an appropriate legal basis. Telegram and WhatsApp apply their own rules.
6. Yandex Metrica and Session Replay
After consent, the website loads Yandex Metrica with Session Replay, click maps and behaviour analysis. The service may use cookies or localStorage and record page interactions. Form fields are marked to prevent recording; names, phone numbers, emails, routes and cargo descriptions must not be sent to Metrica. 7. Cookies
Essential technologies remember privacy preferences and support website operation. Analytics does not load before consent. After consent, Metrica may set _ym_uid, _ym_d, _ym_isad, _ym_visorc_* and other identifiers in its documentation. Rejecting analytics does not restrict the website or form. The decision can be changed through “Cookie settings” in the footer and is stored in localStorage for up to 12 months.
8. Retention
Enquiries and correspondence may be retained until their purpose is fulfilled and for no longer than three years after the last substantive contact unless a contract or law requires longer. Contractual, accounting and tax records are kept for statutory periods. Current Yandex documentation says Session Replay recordings are available for 15 days; other analytics retention depends on settings and Yandex terms.
9. Visitor Rights
Visitors may request information, correction, restriction or deletion, withdraw consent, object where permitted, and complain to the relevant authority or court. Send requests to info@lazonex.ru with “Personal Data” in the subject. Sufficient details may be requested to locate the enquiry.
10. Security and Updates
The Controller uses appropriate legal, organisational and technical measures against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure and deletion. Access is limited to persons who need it to handle an enquiry or provide services. This Policy may be updated when the website, providers or laws change; the current version is published here. The Russian version prevails if translations differ.
